Movoto has recently named the top 3 sexiest places in America as:

1. Miami Beach FL

2. Jacksonville Beach FL

3. Santa Monica Ca

and then guess what.

They explained they calculated this list starting with the largest suburban communities then looking at nightlife, adult stores, adult entertainment, hotels and average summer temperature.

As we know Jacksonville Beach and Atlantic Beach can be a whole lot of fun in the evenings. There is always a band playing and plenty of bars to choose from. For the 2014-2015 St. Johns County school year the following Nocatee communities will not be going to the new Elementary or Middle School. Instead they will go the Ponte Vedra Beach Elementary and Middle School. So Coastal Oaks, Enclave at Town Center, Kelly Pointe, Lakeside at Town Center and Tidewater will go to Ocean Palms Elementary and Landrum Middle School.

The following communities will go to the new elementary & middle school under construction: Austin Park, Greenleaf Preserve & Willowcove.

The first school be outside of Greenleaf Village. 5 Elementary schools and 1 middle school have location marked out in Nocatee.
