Seaside Subdivision Ponte Vedra

Seaside is located just south of what people would consider the middle of Ponte Vedra or "Ponte Vedra proper" where Sawgrass Village shopping center is. So you have an extra couple minutes to get to Butler Blvd (JTB) then some other communities. The good news is that you are away from the busy center. You have the sidewalk for a short walk or bike ride to the beach access at Mickler's. If cycling is your thing you can hope on the end of Ponte Vedra Blvd and take that oceanfront tour. But don't forget you are still in the wonderful Ponte Vedra Beach FL 32082 school system.
