Homes East of A1A in Ponte Vedra Beach FL 32082
The Seaview Park area is the legal name of an "undefined" neighborhood of a few streets on the north and south side of Solano Rd east of A1A. It is in the "Old Ponte Vedra" section of Ponte Vedra Beach which is popular for it's walk to the beach location and views of the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club golf course.
These cross streets have approximately 237 homes that were built between 1950 - 2015. There are a few vacant lots left so we can still see a new home pop up in the area. However, most homes were built between 1975 - 1999 and range in size from 1,000sf to 4,391sf.
The east of A1A/walk to the beach location makes this area quite pricey. However, it is more affordable then the homes just east of here in "Old Ponte Vedra Beach". The main difference in these two neighborhoods is Seaview Park homes have homes on 1/8 to 1/2 acre backing to other homes in the neighborhood whereas Old Ponte Vedra Beach tends to have homes on lots over 1/2 acre and views of the lagoon or golf course.
Seaview Park is a popular neighborhood since it is close to grocery stores, restaurants and shops. In just a few minutes you can be at 6 different golf courses or to Butler Blvd for a quick commute to the St. Johns Town Center, Downtown or the airport.
