As the name suggest Queens Harbour has it's own marina & harbour. The harbor is separated from an inlet to the intracoastal waterway by a lock system like the Panama Canal. The lock itself has fit over 100' long boats. The harbour is deep water and is 8' deep or more. Plus it is non-tidal! This lock system has an additional advantage of being one of the safer areas to keep your boat in the event of a big storm. And it is an open lock meaning you don't have to worry about your boat's tower or tall masts being obstructed. There is a harbormaster along with security and 24 hour video surveillance.
So you can have a house on the harbor or you can rent one of the 60 slips in the marina that fits boats up to 100'.
