Northwest St. Johns County is consider the area north of the World Golf Village and east of U.S. 1. The majority of the communities will be off of CR-210 and north to Racetrack Rd. 

This area houses some of the most popular communities in St. Johns County. Currently there are very few apartments and only some condo and townhomes. So you find mostly single family communities. Multiple golf course communities are also found in this area with the majority located off of CR-210.

The most northern section is known as Julington Creek Plantation. There are multiiple schools, golf course and amenities in this area. This area used to be called Jacksonville but has been changed to St. Johns. The zip code is 32259.

San Jose runs from Duval county all the way through this section of St. Johns County. You can find plenty of beautiful waterfront often on large lots in this area.

CR-210 is one of the more popular areas since it has access to I-95. You find the golf course communities of St. Johns Golf & Country Club, South Hampton and Cimmarone in this area. In addition, other popular communities such as St. Johns Forest, Aberdeen and Durbin Creek.
