Where are people moving to in Northeast Florida?

It's not a Jacksonville vs St. Johns popularity contest but...

We have seen a definite trend in relocation of the millennial and baby boomer generation in the pictures below for the 2007-2013 time frame. In using the figures from RealtyTrac you can see below that millennial prefer Duval County with an over 10% increase in population and Baby Boomers prefer St. Johns County wint an over 10% increase in population.
