Prime Retail, the outlet center developer for Prime Outlets – St. Augustine, has just completed a 90,000 square foot, $35 million renovation that will be unveiled to the public, through a ceremony and activities, from Friday, November 7 through Sunday, November 9.
Prizes and Giveaways Galore
City officials and tourist representatives will be on hand to host the ceremonies. There will also be special discounts, prizes, giveaways and an appearance by celebrity stylist Mark-Alan Harmon.
The grand prize winner of the Prime Outlets sweepstakes will receive a Prime Outlets - St. Augustine's $5,000 Ultimate Shopping Spree and two nights at The Casa Monica Hotel. Several other prizes will also be given out during the unveiling ceremony.
Prime Outlets- St. Augustine, which serves the Jacksonville, Daytona and St. Augustine regions, is known for its fantastic mix of designer and brand names. It has become known at the premier destination for designer fashions at outlet store prices.
The Shops of Prime Outlets – St. Augustine
This outlet shopping center will boast a total of 340,000 square feet and have more than 75 outlet stores. Just some of the famous designer and brand name outlet shops to grace Prime Outlets – St. Augustine include American Apparel, Cole Haan, HUGO BOSS, Juicy Couture, Kate Spade, Kenneth Cole and Michael Kors.
In addition, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5th will have a 28,000 square foot anchor store in Prime Outlets. Gucci has recently signed on to have a 3,879 square foot Gucci Outlet Store, and the St. John Outlet will comprise 2,000 square feet of this shopping center.
