There is something for everybody here. And were are typically better priced then other areas of Florida!

For example, you want a waterfront property. In Jacksonville you can choose between the ocean, river and intracoastal. Ok you are in Florida. You have sunshine and mild winters so you can be outside year round. So that means you will play golf year round. This mean our winters are more mild but again better than South Florida since we do get cool weather!

Summer starts in May with highs of 84 degrees. We are start cooling off on Halloween where the low usually drops to 70 degrees or below for the first time. December can be cold one week (57 degree average) and the next week warm enough to play on the beach!
