Bartram Springs is a master-planned community development located on the county line between Jacksonville and St. Johns, Florida 32258, in Duval County. This beautiful community is minutes from St. Augustine, Ponte Vedra, and the Avenues Mall on the Southside Jacksonville. Bartram Springs is located just east of the 95 South and new 9B interchange, making it convenient to travel just about any direction. The development itself is located in Duval County (Jacksonville), but driving out of Bartram Springs a mere 500ft. takes you into St. Johns County. If you’re trying to decide between Duval and St. Johns, Bartram Springs is the perfect compromise!
There are more than 1500 homes in Bartram Springs! Built in the early 2000s with several master builders in Jacksonville and surrounding cities, it was officially completed in 2009 and shortly thereafter, all the model homes were also sold. With a total of 1,025 acres, you’ll find single-family homes take up almost half of that acreage, with a smaller section (32 acres) lending to multi-family units within the Villages sections of Bartram Springs. Directions to Bartram Springs:
Coming from the west, take State Route 13 or 95 South to Racetrack Road and travel west to Bartram Springs Parkway.
From the east, Nocatee Parkway takes you all the way from A1A to Bartram Springs Parkway. From the north, take 95 South or 295 to the new 9B and exit Racetrack Road east. Then go east to Bartram Springs Parkway. From US Highway 1, take a Racetrack Road west.
From the south, use 95 N or US Highway 1 to exit Racetrack Road and take it straight to Bartram Springs Parkway.
