Azure New Construction Luxury Oceanfront Condos in Jacksonville Beach FL

The Azure Condominiums will be the newest oceanfront condos at Jacksonville Beach when completed and one of the last. (Newest building in Jacksonville Beach since 2005). The Azure Condos will be nine-story building planned for 1401 1st St. South with 26 condo units. The residences will range from which 2,400-square-foot two-bedrooms units to 6,500-square-foot five-bedroom units. Each will have a private elevator, floor-to-ceiling windows and a smart home system that monitors air, water and light quality. Interior amenities at Azure Oceanfront Condos will feature sub zero and wolf appliances, quartz countertops, custom Italian cabinets and flooring, 10' floor to ceiling windows. The amenities at Azure will include a fitness center, infinity pool and private cabanas.

Azure Condos in Jacksonville Beach FL have not started construction yet. If they follow the timeline of similar condos that were built on the ocean then they will take around 18 to 24 months to complete once construction starts. So a purchase of a Azure Condo is for a future residence and not immediate occupancy. Current plans are for a start date of January 2022 and completion around mid 2023.
