Other upgrades include 18" tile in hallways and living areas, contemporary light and crown molding. So when people look at these condos they are impressed. Because of all the updates, amenities and location the Summerhouse Condos east of A1A sell at a premium to other similar sized condos in Ponte Vedra Beach.

The Summerhouse Condos are one and story buildings. So it is possible to not have anyone above you for more privacy. Plus you have everything from small 1 bedroom units up to large 3 bedroom units.

West of A1A Summer House Condominiums Ponte Vedra

The west of A1A Summerhouse Condos are all located on Fairway Blvd. So that is the best way to tell the difference if you are not looking at a map. Here the developer did do some upgrades with new cabinets and appliances in the Kitchen. And painting the units and adding tile and carpet. However, these units are smaller than the units across A1A. In fact, the 1 bedroom 1 bathroom units are some of the smallest and most affordable condos in all of the Beaches! 

These buildings west of A1A have a gate unlike the units east of A1A. In addition, the complex has been doing updating like newer plumbing pipes 2015 and new exterior siding in 2016. So the condo association is very well run and is maintaining the buildings beautifully!

What is also different about these buildings on the west side of A1A is that you don't have a back porch at all. The buildings themselves are 2 and 3 story with mostly flat units. But there are a few 2 story units. The buildings have units on the front side and back side. So that is why you don't get a back patio. Some units do have a "side" patio that is open from the living area.
