These buildings west of A1A have a gate unlike the units east of A1A. In addition, the complex has been doing updating like newer plumbing pipes 2015 and new exterior siding in 2016. So the condo association is very well run and is maintaining the buildings beautifully!

What is also different about these buildings on the west side of A1A is that you don't have a back porch at all. The buildings themselves are 2 and 3 story with mostly flat units. But there are a few 2 story units. The buildings have units on the front side and back side. So that is why you don't get a back patio.
