Real Estate Commission and Rebate

List your house with the Phyllis Frankel Realty Group before 12/31/15 and you will receive a reduced commission from your real estate broker. We will take off $600 from the listing commission you pay at closing.

In order to receive the real estate commission reduction the following terms and conditions apply:

  • The home must be listed by the Phyllis Frankel Realty Group before 12/31/15
  • A listing agreement approved by Phyllis Frankel Realty Group must be signed by all parties
  • The listing agreement will be for a minimum term of 6 months
  • The home must close for a price over $150,000
  • The homeowner is not working with a third party such a relocation company
  • The homeowner contacts the Phyllis Frankel Realty Group and is not referred by a third party real estate company
  • The homeowner currently has no listing agreement in effect with a real estate broker
  • No reduction or rebate will be given if the home does not close
  • Reduction will be reflected on listing agreement and closing statement
  • This reduction can not be combined with other rebates or discounts without broker approval

Average Real Estate Commission
