Where do Buyers Look for Homes?

According to the 2008 National Association of Realtor annual survey of Buyers & Sellers Buyers used multiple sources to look for homes.  The top 3 are:

  • 87% Internet
  • 85% Real Estate Agent
  • 62% Yard Sign

So if you want to have the best chance of selling in this market you would to use a Realtor to sell your home who has a strong internet presence.  And you should put a sign in yard :)
