- Condo Facilities – Perhaps one of the biggest perks of condo living are the amenities and services offered by the condo developer. From beautiful cabanas and rooftop swimming pools, to excellent business facilities and on-site restaurants and catering services, Jacksonville’s luxury condos do not disappoint. Keep in mind, however, that the more services and amenities a condo building offers, the higher the price and the homeowner’s association fees.
