Publix to Open at Nocatee Next Month!

Neighborhood Information

Nocatee homeowners will no longer have to travel over the intracoastal waterway to Ponte Vedra Beach to go grocery shopping. The largest Publix in Northeast Florida will be opening at the town center next month.

5 additional business will be going into the shopping center in this first phase. When the Town Center is completed there will be 4 million square feet of office space and 1 million square feet of retail space.
