St. Johns County development review board has agreed that Corona Rd could handle the extra traffic of 40 cars that Meir Estates would bring to the road.
But access to Meir Estates would be through the entrance of Ponte Vedra By Sea and onto the private roads for The Innlet Condos. Private roads are not part of the consideration the county gives to traffic approval for communities. Needless to say that homeowners are not happy to have an extra 40 cars going in front of their homes.
So stay tuned to hear about this fight regarding right to access of to the private road, Sea Wind Lane N and Sea Winds Lane S, between the Condo Association of The Innlet at Ponte Vedra and the Developer.
On a side note I hope that the developer changes the name of the community from Meir Estates to something that is more appropriate to Ponte Vedra Beach Real Estate. After all we have such beautiful names for subdivisions that just roll of the tongue:
Why ruin it with something called Meir Estates? (No offense to the Meir family). I vote for something along the lines of Egret’s Landing or Marshview By The Sea.
