November 2009 Housing Inventory down Nationwide & Jacksonville Florida

Zip Realty reports number of Home Listings Declines More than 2% and 17 consective months of declining housing inventory nationally.  There are reported to be 27.64% down from a year ago with Jacksonville down 13%.
