Mandarin’s Newest Park Under Construction

Canoe Launch, Boardwalk, Ballfields and More Coming Soon to Mandarin off of Greenland Rd at I-95

Construction Just Started

Initial clearing of the park which encompasses 362 acres has just started. At least a year is needed for the first phase to be completed. The first phase will included picnic area, playground and baseball fields.

City Continues Improvements

Thank you Jacksonville for making the city a better place to live and at the same time making Mandarin real estate a little more desirable and valuable!
