In a six month analysis of median sales price fluctuations, eppraisal.com ranked Jacksonville #63 out of 188 metro areas for having a median sales price of $186,400 that is up 5.6% from June 2008. (Those areas with the greatest increase in home values are ranked highest.)
What's more impressive is that our median sales price has been increasing since March 2008!
