Jacksonville Community Comes Together For Molly The Shar Pei

Neighborhood Information

When you begin looking for the right location to purchase a new home, you probably want a community with friendly neighbors and a place that feels like home. If you are in the market for Jacksonville real estate, you are in luck. People in Jacksonville are coming together to help Molly the Shar Pei. Molly was rescued from being euthanized in a Georgia shelter by Bucaboo Rescue in Jacksonville. Molly has a condition called ‘cherry eye’ which required having surgery and being spayed. Altogether, the surgeries will cost $450.

Community Donations

Members of the Jacksonville community have been sending donations to Bucaboo Rescue so that Molly and other pets can receive live saving surgeries. Obviously, these expenses can add up to big numbers. Thankfully, Jacksonville residents have big hearts. Debi Wilburn, the president of Bucaboo Rescue, is reaching out even further by asking Jacksonville businesses to put out a donation collection jar in their offices to ensure that even more pets can be saved. Those who are able to donate can also contact Bucaboo Rescue by emailing bucaboorescue@live.com.
