Scroll below to see Search Volume from Google for web users searching for 'Jacksonville Real Estate' since 2004.

Google trends shows a bottom and huge "uptick" of activity on web users searching for Jacksonville Real Estate. The downtrend of searches after 2005 mirrors the fall in the real estate market. So we can hope that the uptick reflects a new trend.

This may be a signal that Jacksonville real estate market has hit bottom.  Hopefully we will be seeing sales from this big of increase in buyers starting to actively search for homes.

Please note that while the majority of searches will be for Jacksonville Florida, some of the searches will be for the other cities of Jacksonville around the U.S.  In addition, Google categories less than 25% of these searches as being in the category of real estate.
