Ceiling fans – Here’s a simple, inexpensive home improvement project that (1) adds value to your home; (2) provides comfort and air flow to your home; and (3) cuts down on your heating and cooling bills.

Sealing the deck – Sealing your deck is a great way to extend the life of your deck and make it look more attractive, as well. A great-looking deck is a great selling point for a home, too!
