Florida Bank of Jacksonville Opening New Ponte Vedra Beach Branch

Florida Bank of Jacksonville will be opening a new 5,500 square foot branch on State Road A1A. This will actually be a relocation from a smaller branch so that the bank can offer more services including a drive-thru, an ATM, a mortgage originator, and commercial loan services. The new location will also have a night drop and safe deposit boxes for customers. The free standing location was purchased for $3.6 million and will open up in response to the merger between the Bank of North Florida and Cygnet Private Bank, as Florida Bank of Jacksonville could not compete in its smaller location due to the lack of services provided.

Local Service Is Sometimes Better Service

For home buyers, this new branch is a great asset to the community. The branch manager for the new Florida Bank of Jacksonville location, Felicia Cox, has said that she would like to invite the community and the bank customers to come and celebrate the new opening the week of August 18^th.
