Monitoring month to month trends can give an idea of where the market is heading. You can see we had a sales increase in December in both Duval and St. Johns County. The eventual selling price per listing price was a little bit lower. Days on the market were just a bit longer. Listing Price and Sold Price of the homes did move up.
